A Little History:

Both Angela and Ian changed careers late in life to something completely different! Ian had worked for the best part of his working life as an engineer and Angela in the forces - both had spent a lot of time working on computers so felt this would be a sensible road to continue down. Ian became a teacher and Angela a private tutor. Eventually their paths took them to a learning centre where they met. Immediately it became apparent how well they worked as a team. They realised what a unique combination of strengths and skills they had between them. Both felt a lot more could be done to help the older generation get online and use computers efficiently. They spent time observing the problems faced by this particular group of learners and recording which areas needed addressing and which teaching methods were successful and which weren't. What they found gave them the idea to create a company which provided computer services with the older generation entirely in mind. This idea soon became a reality and Happy Lappy Ltd was created. We now provide tuition and services to over 2,000 regular and loyal clients, which is growing each day!
