If you are unfortunate enough to fall for a scam, please don't beat yourself up about it - these things happen. If the scam involves receiving no goods or service for the money you paid, your bank should reimburse you. If you loose money subsequently through unauthorised transaction/s - the bank should also reimburse the money taken. If your bank is refusing to reimburse you, contact the Financial Services Authority (FSA) on 0845 606 1234 or go to their website to get advice.
