Nowadays, computers are fairly robust. We're always telling our clients as they start learning 'don't worry you're not going to break it!' However, very occasionally things do go wrong. Most problems can be fixed with the minimal amount of fuss and expenditure (no matter what you may be told), and we can sort out most of these problems. We will have a look at your computer and before carrying out any work advise you on the problem and likely cost. If it is simply a matter of fiddling with a button we will only charge you the cost of a private tuition visit and if it's unrepairable we will tell you the best solution.
